Steeped in the belief that everyone deserves to know where their food comes from this group of culinary farmers wanted their brand to represent the people while walking a fine line between sophistication and fun. The Um is representative of the collective – the people, animals and soil that all deserve to eat well. The crown is a metaphor for the importance of the collective. In other words, crown thy food and Let Um Eat.
